 PRIDE PARADE 2018\n\nSilicon Valley Pride is excited to announce that the 
 parade is coming back again this year!  Get out there and show your moves 
 and pride as you march through the street of downtown San Jose.\n\nSilicon 
 Valley Pride Parade starts at 10 am. along Market Street in Downtown San 
 Jose.  The Silicon Valley Pride Parade runs along Market Street, starting 
 from E. Julian Street to E. San Fernando Street.\n\nFor more parade

 \n\nSilicon Valley Pride would like to invite you to our first Trans and 
 Friends Rally on \nSaturday, Aug. 25th from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. to celebrate 
 the Transgender in our community. There will be guest speakers to discuss 
 various topics about our Transgender Community. It's free to attend and you 
 can stay for free at the Night Festival to continue the celebration.

 PRIDE\n\nSilicon Valley Pride is a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community and 
 our allies. It all started back in 1975 as a gay rights rally and evolved 
 into San Jose Pride Festival in 1976. The following year, 1977 San Jose 
 added its first parade to the celebration. \n\nIn 2014 San Jose Pride was 
 changed to Silicon Valley pride to include neighboring cities to encourage 
 unity. It is now the largest Pride celebration of the South Bay and is a 
 family friendly event. That is 43 years of honoring and celebrating our 
 rights to choose whom we love and spend our lives with! \n\nThe LGBTQ+ 
 movement has been built on the backs of people who have fought hard for 
 equality and progression. We choose to honor those individuals and those 
 whom we’ve lost. It is important, now more than ever, to make our voices 
 heard and to celebrate our diversity! \n\nWe will not be pushed aside and
