DESCRIPTION:SAN FRANCISCO PRIDE: PARADE & FESTIVAL 2018\n\nWith over 200 parade 
 contingents and exhibitors, and more than twenty community-run stages and 
 venues, the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest 
 gathering of the LGBTQIA community and allies in the nation. \n\nSF PRIDE 
 PARADE 2018\n\nWhen & Where: Sunday, June 24th, 10:30 AM down Market 
 Street, from Embarcadero to Civic Center\n\nSan Francisco Pride is one of 
 the oldest and largest LGBTQIA parades in the world. Contingents march 
 through the heart of the city, along Market Street, with more than 100,000 
 spectators. This year we are anticipating nearly 270 contingents.\n\nGrand

 PRIDE CELEBRATION & RALLY 2018\n\nWhen & Where: \nSat, June 23, 12:00 Noon 
 to 6:00 PM @ Civic Center Plaza\nSun, June 24, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM @ Civic 
 Center Plaza\n\nThe Celebration and Rally is a free community event funded 
 by our donors, and we ask for a $1-$5 donation at the gate.\n\nThe Main 
 Stage of the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Rally sits at the steps of 
 City Hall in Civic Center Plaza. We deliver two exciting days of 
 programming featuring local, national and international touring acts, 
 community organizations, and engaging thought leaders. \n\nLine up of

 services include sign language interpretation at the Parade Grandstands and 
 at Celebration stages, wheelchair access at the Grandstand, Accessibility

 Transportation\nApart from Pride, San Francisco is also known for its 
 world-class public transportation system, so please consider familiarizing 
 yourself with the MUNI transit system (for transportation within San 
 Francisco city limits) and with BART (for transportation to and from San 
 Francisco from East Bay and other parts of the Bay Area).\n\nABOUT SF 
 PRIDE\n\nThe San Francisco Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Pride 
 Celebration Committee® is a 501(c)3 non-profit membership organization 
 founded to produce the San Francisco Pride Celebration & Parade. SF Pride 
 is dedicated to education, to the commemoration of LGBT heritage and to the 
 celebration of LGBT culture and liberation.\n\nA world leader in the Pride 
 movement, SF Pride is also a grant-giving organization through our 
 Community Partners Program. Since 1997, SF Pride has awarded over $2.5 
 million dollars from proceeds of the Pride Celebration and Parade to local 
 non-profit LGBT organizations and those organizations working on issues 
 related to HIV/AIDS, cancer, homelessness, and animal welfare.\n
