 vocational goals to maximize independent living. Assessment of functional 
 limitations, skills, and goals. Understanding the pathology of the most 
 common disorders with TAY, e.g., autism spectrum disorder, depression,

 2.5 Credit Hours from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor 
 Certification and 2.5 hours of MCLE, including 1.0 hour in Elimination of 
 Bias, from the State Bar of California. Participatory credit is available 
 if attending the event. Contact education@pwdf.org for information about 
 CLE self-study credit. NASW-CA will be on-site to provide continuing credit 
 to in-person attendees. This course meets the qualifications for 2.5 hours 
 of continuing credit for LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, or LEPs as required by the 
 California Board of Behavioral Sciences. CA State Board of Behavioral 
 Sciences Approved Provider PCE 44. Participants will become familiar with 
 Americans with Disability Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended, in regard to 
 employers’ and employees’ rights and obligations in the workplace as 
 they apply to people with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities, 
 learn about TAY programs for attaining vocational goals in order to 
 maximize independent living, and individualized plans, including assessment 
 of functional limitations, skills and vocational goals, and reasonable 
 accommodations.\nThe Main Library is wheelchair accessible. To request

 availability. Refreshments are not allowed in the Auditorium.
