 Explorer Paul D. Miller, aka DJ Spooky. Revered in the hip-hop world as a 
 master turntablist, DJ Spooky has undertaken expeditions to Antarctica to 
 explore the impact of climate change and create acoustic portraits of the 
 rapidly changing continent. Arctic Rhythms resulted from a 2014 trip to the 
 Arctic Circle sponsored by the Sierra Club. In this performance, DJ Spooky 
 projects images of the arctic landscape onstage and juxtaposes them with 
 live and recorded hip-hop, electronic, and minimalist music. He will be 
 accompanied by the popular San Francisco-based Del Sol String Quartet.\n
