 was done by 8 OPD cars Surrounding Mr. RunningWolf in Moss on the Wood 
 Park.  The complaint against OPD is Both False Arrest and Irregular Process 
 of Arrests pushing Mr. RunningWolf into Car without Charge so I could NOT 
 Communicate w/ People in Park until OPD made up the FALSE Charge. Held on 
 NO BAIL for 4 Days on Misdemeanor Charge missing Berkeley's Free Speech 4
