DESCRIPTION:Kerry Baxter Senior has been incarcerated for the last 15 years under a 
 wrongful conviction. During this time several appeals were filed on his 
 behalf,  and he now has the opportunity for a resentencing hearing. However 
 it comes at a risk because the same judge who initially sentenced and 
 convicted him will be presiding over the new sentencing hearing. The 1st 
 District Court of Appeal has stated to the Judge and District Attorney that 
 Kerry's Sentence was illegal. However the Judge and District Attorney have 
 responded, "No Action Taken" to the order. This response is unacceptable 
 and leaves Kerry in limbo and at the Mercy of the Judge and DA responsible 
 for his Wrongful Conviction. \n\nIn order to provide Kerry with the best 
 opportunity for a successful hearing that will lead to his release, We are 
 organizing and campaign and reaching out to the Activist Community for
