DESCRIPTION:Maxwell was filming police activity near Chinatown in Salinas, peacefully 
 from a safe distance, on May 30th. The officers present followed Maxwell 
 after the activity, pulled him over, and cited him in retaliation. He was 
 cited for multiple trivial things such as a broken mirror, front license 
 plate missing, and improper use of a car horn.\n\nPolice abuse happens all 
 the time. How we prevent police abuse for the good of citizens and law 
 enforcement alike is to film and observe; it is our legal right to do so. 
 Bad guys do not want to get caught and will do anything to stop it and 
 police have a lot of privilege to abuse. It is important for all you to 
 come and show support. To let government and law enforcement know that we 
 will not stand for bullying and selective enforcement against those who try 
 to protect society in a completely peaceful and legal manner. \n
