DESCRIPTION:This is an all-day celebration of art and our river. Join in the parade, 
 make your own one-of-a-kind “moving art” and parade with us in the 
 Kinetic Art Parade along the Santa Cruz Riverwalk and be wowed with the 
 unveiling of 13 temporary art installations along the way (parade begins at 
 12pm, check in at 11am); then join the party, from 1:30pm – 6pm, at the 
 Tannery Arts Center for the River Arts Celebration featuring music, dance 
 and theater performances, Kids River Crafts, food and so much more! The 
 unveiling of the new permanent art installation at the Tannery happens at
