 Recalled to Arresr me (De Capitelli now GONE from KKKOuncil endorsed by 
 Shaft) . Keeping it Low Profile out of Sage heading back to my 4 YEAR and 
 Counting OCCUPATION of Ohlone Sacred Site and yes Carrying Spray Paint 
 (Trying to give me a No Spray Paint Order). All of a Sudden away from the

 Street) making up Vandalism Charge (supposed saw one a Block away BS) and 
 held "NO BAIL" Misdemeanor for the Second time in as Many Months held in 
 Santa Rita 8 Days, Bailed out 10,000. As the PREVIOUS Month KIDNAPPED ( for 
 31 Days missing 4 out 5 Debates) Having to Hunger Strike for 13 Days to get 
 BAIL. That time "NO BAIL" Hold on Pot Possession which they had at the CHP 
 (Community Hating Pigs) Office for 7 Months as pot is Now LEGAL given a 
 Three Way Search Clause. Same Day as the Selectorial College Meets to 
 Annount our BOOB (Not Winning Prez.) Donald I make Flag Burning ILLEGAL 
 Chump as ^ WILL BE BURNED at SF Mass in this Weeksb Critical Mass. I have 
 NO ATTORNEY presently and Looking Pro Bono for Trial as they won't let me 
 represent MYSELF because They Know in a JURY TRIAL I will simply ask the 
 City iof Oakland to Prove (SHOW ME YOUR PAPERWORK campaign) that they OWN 
 any part of OHLONE LAND. The City has Alreasdy asked for its Paperwork 
 (Muwekma Farm at 31st and East 14th Street) but has FAILED to come up with 
 proof they own ANY PART of Oakland, CA. The Ohlone People are NOT FEDERALLY 
 Recognized which is an INTERNATIONAL Crime of ETHNIC CLEASIMG, Today.  And 
 even in this Joke Trial can be USED against this ILLEGAL Kangaroo System on
