 to help us brainstorm the start of a new low-power public radio station.

 Annual Meeting & Radio Planning Workshop\nThursday, Sept. 1, 2016, 7 to 9 
 p.m.\n44 Page Street, 2nd floor\n\n\nThe Public Press was awarded by the 
 Federal Communications Commission a permit to construct a low-power FM 
 radio station in San Francisco, sharing time on 102.5-FM with San Francisco 
 Community Radio.\n\nRadio is new territory for us, and we want to hear from 
 the community: What do YOU want to hear on the airwaves? We aim to offer 
 public-service broadcasting, including news, public-affairs talk shows, 
 community events and experimental forms of storytelling with an emphasis on 
 local programming.\n\nRSVP: Here on Facebook or email radio [at] 
 sfpublicpress [dot] org\n\n\nSF Public Press (sfpublicpress.org) publishes 
 quarterly and has earned several awards for its reportage. The newspaper is 
 all news/features -- no advertising. SFPP is non-profit, funded entirely
