 standards of 5-10% affordable housing, etc., the city HAS to approve it -- 
 no public hearing, no changes allowed, and no appeal to local officials.  
 This density bonus would hit San Francisco neighborhoods hard, causing 
 massive displacements of neighbors and local businesses.\n\nWhile many 
 cities and counties under-produce affordable housing, San Francisco has 
 been a leader in building affordable housing as well as expensive
