 Sonoma County law enforcement and the DEA (Federal Drug Enforcement 
 Administration) closed down the facilities of CBD Guild / Care By Design, a 
 medical marijuana company operating in full compliance with California 
 State Law.\n\nCBD Guild produces medical marijuana products for thousands 
 of patients in California suffering from cancer, epilepsy, chronic pain, 
 PTSD and other intractable medical conditions.\n\nCBD Guild products, 
 including the Care By Design line, are medical not recreational and focus 
 on CBD, a therapeutically beneficial compound that does not get people 
 high.\n\nCBD Guild and its affiliates have worked tirelessly over the past 
 years to ensure that its facilities, employees, company policies and 
 procedures are in full compliance with city, county and state laws.\n\nCBD 
 Guild is willing to cooperate fully with law enforcement and code 
 enforcement to demonstrate its compliance with state law during this 
 transitionary period.\n\nPlease help us inform law enforcement that their 
 actions have the potential to deprive many thousands of profoundly sick
