DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC EVENT. The S.F. Frozen Film Festival is an all volunteer, nonprofit 
 organization that recognizes and promotes independent local and 
 international filmmakers. Aptly titled the "Frozen" film festival, we blend 
 SF's mild summers with the screening of cutting edge films in the heart of 
 the Mission District at the nonprofit Roxie Theater. The film festival runs 
 July 21-24, with the films showing the 22-23 and opening and closing events 
 on the 21 and 24, respectively. \n\nFilms in this year's festival
