 passers-by at  Bernal Heights' fast maturing speakers corner at Andover and 
 Cortland. She wants upwardly remunerated, 
 wellingly-wealthy-through-real-estate-equity homo sapiens to sign her 
 petition to place a city measure on the November 2016 ballot allowing dogs 
 to real estate manage portions of city parks, with 30% of rental proceeds 
 going to fund canine services around the city. Those dogs selected as 
 managers will keep parks tidy and menace-free.\n\nHow many humans will 
 support dogs share-cropping one another for a good cause?\n\nIs Fee-Fee 
 running a fence for human rent-seekers, or is she a legitimate LLC? 
 \n\nWill Fee-Fee procure a new leash on life for dogs more galumphy than 
 herself?\n\nAnswers to these real estate questions--and to others,
