 speakers from the Western States Legal Foundation, which has provided legal 
 representation to antinuclear activists since 1982: Andrew Lichterman, 
 Senior Research Analyst, and  Phyllis Olin, Board President. Eugene Ruyle, 
 Professor Emeritus of Anthropology, CSU, Long Beach, will also
