DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends and Comrades,\n\nThe Land Action 4 in collaboration with the 
 Bay Area film collective Liberated Lens and the Omni Commons will be 
 presenting Housing for All: Film Fest a day full of films, workshops and 
 fun featuring all-local social justice, activist organizations.\n\nWe are 
 asking our comrades to present workshops and table at this fundraising 
 festival and I would really love for you to come and share your knowledge 
 and experiences with our community. The festival will take place May 14th 
 and 15th from 6pm-10:30pm in the Omni Commons ballroom. Please see the FB 
 event, Housing for All: Film Fest, for a very detailed schedule of films, 
 Q&A and workshops. Hands-on workshops will be presented in between films to 
 get your blood pumping after sitting down for a spell. Tabling will be 
 continuous throughout the event. Also, if you would like to vend anything, 
 this has been approved as long as you have a seller's license.\n\nDelicious 
 dinner choices will be catered by the local eats collective Dos Manos, menu 
 and pricing will be posted at the event, but rest assured that all diets 
 are being well considered. The film fest is a BYOB event, feel free to 
 bring drinks of your liking. There might even be a pop-up bar (we just 
 gotta get our hands on a licensed mobile bar tender, send recommendations 
 my way)!!\n\nHere are the trailers for a sample of the films we have lined 
 up for the weekend: Shelter: A Squatumentary, Edible City, andOccupy the 
 Farm. After each screening there will be a Q&A session with the directors, 
 producers and activists involved in the film. And in between each screening 
 there will be workshops and mingling:)\n\nI'm really looking forward to 
 this being a BIG, FUN event!! We have the Omni Ballroom, and I would really 
 love to see it filled with activists and our supporters of all sorts!! This 
 is also a fundraiser for the Land Action 4 legal defense. We are suggesting 
 a donation of $5-$25 dollars at the door, depending on your ability to give 
 and NOTAFLOF. We are now only $500.00 away from paying back the $3600.00 
 that Patrick had to borrow to get out of jail!!! I know that a lot of you 
 have already been making that happen, and we all are incredibly blown away 
 by how supportive our community has been. Thank you so much from the bottom 
 of all of our warrior hearts!!!\n\nLA4 will also be selling some really 
 kick ass t-shirts (on a sliding scale) for everyone to wear to our pretrial 
 hearing on May 20th. The judge can't be mistaken about the courtroom being 
 packed with our supporters if y'all are wearing LA 4 Anti-Gentrifukation
