DESCRIPTION:Strike Action, Wednesday April 27, all day! \n\nThis is a historic strike, 
 the first in the 30 years of AFT 2121.  We are excited that the 
 \n\nDepartment Chairs Council, the SEIU local, and Associated Students have 
 all voted to \n\njoin the strike, which is also endorsed by the SF Labor 
 Council—this is a union town!  \n\nPickets will be taking place at all 
 campuses and all around the main Ocean Campus.    \n\nWe strongly 
 discourage anyone from crossing a picket line for any reason.  Please tell 
 \n\nfriends, family, and students about the issues. \n\nBring your friends 
 and family and plan to stay as long as possible from 9:30 am to 7:30 
 \n\npm, and wear a union or solidarity tee shirt! Chant sheets, songs and 
 picket signs will be \n\nprovided.  At Ocean, parking is available in the 
 reservoir.   (The strike is entirely legal as \n\nthe union has filed an 
 unfair labor practices report with the state.)  \n\nStand together in 
 solidarity, one-day strike for a fair contract and for the City College San 
 \n\nFrancisco deserves!\n
