 Wednesday of the month, 6-7pm In April, local cartoonist/activists Abner 
 Hauge will join us to talk about BAAQMD Refinery Rules. Other months 
 we’ll explore Crude by Rail, Bay Area Coal Exports, and Community Choice 
 Energy. These targeted campaigns have impacts on greenhouse gas emissions, 
 air quality, public health and safety, green jobs, and environmental 
 justice. The monthly brief, hosted by Ratha Lai, Sierra Club Organizer, 
 will get you up to speed on the problems, solutions, and what role you can
