 illustrator of The Book of Obama (2012), The Anti-American Manifesto 
 (2010), and After We Kill You, We Will Welcome You Back as Honored Guests 
 (Hill and Wang 2014). \n\nRall's political cartoons appear in approximately 
 100 newspapers around the US.  and regularly in Rolling Stone, Time, 
 Fortune, Men's Health magazines, and were for several years the most 
 reproduced cartoons in the New York Times. \n\nHis most recent graphic
