DESCRIPTION:In the Berlin winter of 1943, Jewish husbands of Aryan wives were 
 imprisoned in a factory on a street named Rosenstrasse.  The women stood on 
 that street and protested in defiance of the Nazis.  They stood their until 
 reunited with their men.   Margarethe Von Trotta, director of  the recent 
 film, Hannah Arendt, has won dozens of awards for her films, including Best 
 Actress and best Cinematography  for this one.\n\nSponsored by the BFUU
