 specific public policy is that land values are expressly, self-evidently, a 
 result of community's existence. As such, land values belong to community. 
 The failure to return to the creator of value the value created is wrong. 
 And harmful.\n\nCome along on a walking tour that supplies earnest, 
 thoughtful housing rights advocates--whether professionals such as J.T. or 
 neighbors conversing on the sloping sidewalks of San Francisco--with the 
 conceptual good sense and talking point chops to face down the real estate 
 industrials and, in the words of David Campos and John Avalos and Aaron 
 Peskin , "Take back our city!"\n\nThe alternative to this walk, of course,
