DESCRIPTION:Our previous forum on 10/30/15 resulted in recommendations in the areas of 
 reversing police militarization and “security cooperation”  in all its 
 aspects, enacting community policing policies, and generally reducing 
 incidents of unacceptable police violence. \nThis forum will address who 
 enters, and who should be allowed to enter, the local police academy 
 program, as well as ideas on how to give the Police Review Commission some 
 real teeth.  Potluck at 6 pm, forum itself starts at 7 pm.\n\nSponsored by
