 the family of Mario Woods with justice for the holiday. Youth, family and 
 community voices will hold a Christmas Eve rally to demand more leadership 
 from Mayor Ed Lee who up until this point has remained silent in the face 
 of murder of Mario Woods.\n\nJustice for Mario Woods Coalition is calling 
 on Mayor Ed Lee to demand:\n•       Acknowledge the shortcomings of the 
 police department and demand an independent investigation\n•       
 Immediately acknowledge and address the Woods Family\n•       Do not keep 
 the community hostage -remove Chief Suhr from office immediately\n\nThe 
 execution of Mario Woods comes on the heels of multiple incidents within 
 the police force including:\nRacist and homophobic texts by San Francisco 
 police officers\nThe execution of Alex Nieto\nThe execution of Mario 
 Woods\n\nThe Justice for Mario Woods is made up of concerned residents of 
 San Francisco residents, advocates, leaders and community organizers who 
 want to stop the trend of violence experienced by the black community in 
 San Francisco at the hands of the police.\n
