DESCRIPTION: The City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation Department has received a 
 request from San­ta Cruz Shakespeare to allow the use of the Upper Park 
 area, DeLaveaga Park (formerly the Stroke Center grounds) to hold 
 theatrical performances in July and August of 2016 and 2017.\n\nStudies 
 have been conducted to evaluate potential impacts associated with the 
 proposed use.  Please join us at the meeting to hear more about the 
 proposal and discuss the conclusions of the studies. The meeting will be 
 held on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Santa Cruz 
 City Council Chambers, 809 Center Street.\n
