 business-card-sized ad in the program.\n\nNotes:\n\n• Bring your own 
 canopy, if desired,\nand any relevant signage or\nmaterials.\n• Signage 
 is limited to your booth\nspace.\n• No food items or alcohol may 
 be\nsold.\n• Set up at 9:30 a.m. on October 31.\n\nPROGRAM ADS\n\nConnect 
 with Democrats by advertising in the event program.\n\nThe ad rates are as 
 follows:\n\nBack cover: $275 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, color)\nInside back 
 cover: $240 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, color)\nInside front cover: $240 (7.5″ 
 w × 10″ h, color)\nFull page: $200 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, B&W)\nHalf 
 page: $125 (7.5″ w × 5″ h, B&W)\nQuarter page: $65 (3.5″ w × 5″ 
 h, B&W)\nEighth page: $35 (3.5″ w × 2.5″ h, B&W)\nThe event program 
 will be 8.5 × 11 format.\n\nEntities that are tabling receive an eighth 
 page ad as part of their package. From the tabling fee, $20 may be 
 applied\ntoward a larger ad purchase. Please submit camera-ready ad copy in 
 a format such as .pdf or .jpg.\n\nDOUBLE YOUR IMPACT\nWith two October 
 events, you can maximize your exposure by advertising in both event
