 people in Havana, Cuba.  Cuba has a long political history that caused the 
 country to become stuck in a time capsule. That may soon change as the U.S. 
 government begins to lift travel restrictions. Filmmaker Joel Barish takes 
 you on a unique visual journey through Havana, Cuba and introduces the 
 beauty Deaf people bring to its culture.\n \nThe Main Library is accessible
