 report the passing of our friend Charlie Phillips. You may know him as a 
 long time activist and television producer at Community TV of Santa Cruz 
 County and from his and Betsy's presence at so many other community 
 activities.\n\nA memorial is planned for this Thursday, July 9, 11:30 am at 
 the Calvary Episcopal Church, also known as the Red Church, on Cedar
