DESCRIPTION:KALW 91.7 FM presents the second Sights and Sounds of Bayview: a live radio 
 storytelling event hosted by Crosscurrents' Hana Baba, featuring stories 
 about the remarkable people who live, work, and make a positive impact in 
 the neighborhood. Sights and Sounds of Bayview is part of 3rd on Third, 
 presented by the Bayview Opera House. The event is made possible by the San 
 Francisco Arts Commission and the San Francisco Public Utilities Company. 
 \n\nJoin us at the Joseph Lee Recreation Center on Friday, June 19 at 6 
 p.m. for an evening of storytelling, live music, and

 hits.\n\nMeet your Community - with tabling from lots of Bayview 
 organizations. \n\n7:00-8:30pm - Live Performance\n\nA deeply rooted 
 sisterhood thrives in a long standing after-school program called GIRLS

 activist Eddy Zheng is organizing a historical tour of the Bayview that 
 engages monolingual immigrants' interests to build a vibrant community.

 Stelley foundation has worked for over a decade to take political action 
 against police brutality and help aggrieved families recover. Produced by

 advocate for and implement improvements in the neighborhood. Produced by

 aerial dance classes for youth; the dancing symbolically elevates them

 Creek has been a dumping ground for industrial waste, animal carcasses, and
