 activist's co-opting Tuesday's City Council meeting and holding a much

 ACCESS TO PUBLIC SERVICES AND FACILITIES.  Consultation with:  OPD chief,

 Ofc, City Attorney\n\n\nSomething similar had happened after the activists 
 had occupied the plaza in front of City Hall in 2011 and again when a large 
 number of activists had protested the City's plan to accept Federal money 
 to create a combined City-Port spy center known by it's military lingo - 
 the Domain Awareness Center - the DAC.\n\nContact the people listed above 
 and let them know this discussion is rediculous and if it is to happen, it
