 tenant who has led anti-eviction actions and is under threat of eviction 
 herself.   \n\nAlso learn what is being done to protect low-income housing, 
 and particularly how short-term rentals (Airbnb) are causing evictions of 
 seniors, and how improved legislation can make a difference. \n\nWe must: 
 \n•	Preserve what we have, \n•	Prevent all the new types of evictions, 
 and \n•	Keep our rent-controlled housing stock for San Franciscans, not 
 tourists.\n\nOWL is the only national membership organization to focus
