 was a quality test assurance manager at Test America, the largest testing 
 company in the United States. He and another manager began to raise health 
 and safety questions when H.I.G. Capital a $17 billion dollar private 
 equity company took over Test America and began to change the testing 
 process to falsify asbestos and other tests on toxic materials.\nThey 
 demanded that they do the asbestos tests in 20 seconds that normally took 
 10 to 15 minutes.\nHe along with his co-worker filed an OSHA complaint and 
 were bullied, harassed and illegally fired and he as well as OSHA lawyer 
 Darrell Whitman are challenging the failure of OSHA to protect health and 
 safety whistleblowers.\nThis falsified testing also took place at the 
 highly toxic and contaminated Hunters Point shipyard where there is a rate 
 of over 50% asthma among the children.\nMadry will be joined by 
 environmental advocate Dr. Ray Tomkins who has been fighting to have proper 
 testing of the dust that is being dispersed as a result of the 
 dismantlement of the Candlestick Park. Lennar-Uban originally planned to
