 for Socialism and Liberation has just published (March 2015) an important 
 and exciting new book, “Imperialism in the 21st Century.” The book 
 includes Lenin’s, Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism, which was 
 published in 1916 in the middle of World War I, and four other 
 chapters:\n\n•	Learning from Lenin’s Imperialism 100 years 
 later\n•	From inter-imperialist war to global class war\n•	The unipolar 
 era of imperialism and its potential undoing\n•	The social basis for 
 opportunism and for defeating it\n\nAmong the issues we will discuss are 
 the continuing relevance of Lenin’s famous pamphlet, the stages and 
 changes that imperialism has passed through in the past 100 years, and how 
 these changes impact on the struggles in the Middle East and 
 elsewhere.\n\nWe will also have an update on the organizing for a national 
 day of anti-war actions, including here in San Francisco on Saturday, March 
 21.\n\nCopies of the new book will be available at the meeting. Join us to
