DESCRIPTION:Animal Defense League - San Francisco will be in Oakland on Wednesday, 
 March 11th educating the public about Skanska USA's plans to construct a 
 new animal lab for the University of Washington. The University of 
 Washington (UW) has a long history of animal neglect that has resulted in 
 the institution being cited, fined, and even placed on probation by the 
 USDA. If this lab is constructed the number of animals at the mercy of the 
 UW will increase dramatically. Let's keep the pressure on Skanska until 
 they cut their contract with the
