Governor Brown who appoints these CPUC board members is also a shill for the utilities and has said that Peevey is doing a good job.\nThe time is not to criminally prosecute Peevey and other members of the board who have illegally colluded with the utilities and other members of the management who have represented the interests of those utilities that they are supposed to regulate.\nWe also support public/worker/community control of PG&E and SCE and an elected board at the CPUC.
