 Assassination and spying on Americans or others are part of this strategy.  
 Andy claims that the current war is mostly hidden from view.  Andy 
 criticizes Washington for wasting resources on unnecessary wars, of being 
 unaware of the problems facing the nation and being unable to respond to 
 these problems.  \n\n\nAndrew J. BacevichAndrew J. Bacevich is an American 
 expert on international relations, security studies, American foreign 
 policy, and American diplomatic and military history.  Andy graduated from 
 West Point in 1969 and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam 
 War.  Andy retired from the service with the rank of Colonel in the early 
 1990s. Andy holds a Ph.D. in American Diplomatic History from Princeton 
 University, and taught at West Point and Johns Hopkins University before
