DESCRIPTION:Students for Justice in Palestine at San Jose State University proudly 
 presents:\n\nInfuriated by Israel's 50 day assault on Gaza this past summer 
 (in which 1670 civilians were systematically killed, 519 of which were 
 children), Professor Steven Salaita decided to speak out via Twitter. 
 Unfortunately, Dr. Salaita's right to free speech was violated, and as a 
 result he was denied his job at the University of Illinois at 
 Urbana-Champaign. Students for Justice in Palestine is honored to host 
 Dr.Salaita at San Jose State University. This event is open to all and is 
 free of charge. Light refreshments will be served. \n\nWe do kindly ask
