DESCRIPTION:The trial of the Accrediting Commission highlights the different visions of 
 public education:  The ACCJC together with its wealthy allies seek to 
 narrow the mission of public higher education and transform it to serve the 
 workforce needs of corporations while limiting educational opportunities 
 for the disadvantaged in our society. Students would be re-directed to 
 for-profit colleges while being saddled with debt. CCSF, on the other hand, 
 strives to remain a community college: Open, affordable and accessible to

 staff to protest the unfair treatment of City College by the ACCJC, help
