 implementation, and resistance?\n\nDr. Sharat G. Lin is a research fellow 
 at the San Jose Peace and Justice Center. He writes and lectures on global 
 political economy, labor migration, and the Middle East. He has been 
 involved on the ground in Israel-Palestine since 1973 and has just returned 
 from a fact-finding trip to South Africa.\n\nBarby and Vic Ulmer have been 
 connected to South Africa on the ground since 1974, and recently returned 
 from a trip to Palestine.  They were election monitors during the first 
 post-apartheid election in held in South Africa in 1994.\n\nCo-sponsored by 
 the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom and the Monterey
