 tech boom, and the redevelopment of neighborhoods resulting in the 
 displacement of working class people and communities of color, living and

 black politics, Culture and Society, New Politics, The Black Commentator, 
 Gaper’s Block, and Ms. Magazine, among other publications. She is on the
