 activists; and celebrating our tenant rights victories of the past year 
 there will be a Silent Auction, Delicious Food and a Cash Bar! \nTickets 
 for the event can be purchased at the door for $35.00, or save $10.00 by 
 purchasing in advance for $25.00. If you opt to buy in advance you can do
