 changing. From pride in big dams as feats of engineering, there is now a 
 growing awareness that we can bring back the life and health of our rivers. 
 In 'DamNation' we see how dam removal moved beyond the fictional 'Monkey 
 Wrench Gang' to go mainstream. We see obsolete dams come down, rivers bound 
 back to life, giving salmon and other wild fish the right of return to 
 primeval spawning grounds, after decades without access. Winner of the 
 Audience Award at the 2014 SXSW festival, the film’s majestic 
 cinematography and unexpected discoveries move through rivers and 
 landscapes altered by dams and the personal stories of people fighting to
