DESCRIPTION:After spending 45 days in Santa Rita on the Same charge the DA filed the 
 same charge which is Double Jeopardy which is totally illegal. The initial 
 charge was "littering" with 6 OPD (FTP and ACAB) cars with a one minute 
 response which turned into Misdemeanor assault on a car for throwing urine 
 on it. What really happened was Mr. RunningWolf was occupying the 
 Indigenous Burial site for the Beginning of "Occupy 2 Decolonize" the 
 second and final stage of the Occupy movement (some say the Non- Movement, 
 Stop Driving.org Global Warming) and yes we are both fighting outside and 
 Inside the Prison Walls. The incident that happened was a "Safety First" 
 was sent to steal the occupy's stuff including Sacred Eagle Feathers which 
 is a Felony alone and it was on Caltrans property which he had no 
 documentation he was given the authority to enter. The Tree People had a 
 videotapped the whole incident so after he tried to enter a unidentified 
 Vessel of Life was on now known as Indigenous Way (formerly known as 
 Broadway) offramp and proceed to hit this thief truck with Beautiful Direct 
 hits virtually destroying Global Warming violator. In the case the Judges 
 all said they were conspiring against Mr. RunningWolf and threatening a 
 County Bullet (one year) if he plead to "No contest and Not Guilty" to a 
 Court Probation treating it like he was on Five Felony probation.
