The units are placed directly in front of homes and preschools and are bunched in highly visible areas.\n\nIf Verizon obtains their permits, AT&T has stated their intent to install their own multi transmitter system in the same area, leaving 26 or more cell transmitters in a one square mile area in Day Valley.
