 1st to discuss special event scheduling. The proposed policy may cause OS 
 to lose its spot on the City's calendar in a lottery with other events. 
 Please attend the 7pm meeting or email the Council today: 
 citycouncil@cityofsantacruz.com. Tell Council why you love Open Streets and 
 why the City should actively support and invest in this awesome community 
 event. Ask them to do whatever possible to ENSURE OPEN STREETS GETS A 
 GUARANTEED SPOT ON THE CALENDAR.\n\nOS is the only street closure event on 
 West Cliff that is FREE for all participants, accommodates a wide variety 
 of activities (both individual and organized) and is primarily for local
