DESCRIPTION:After serving 45 days (90 days serving half) for Occupying @ Decolonizing 
 at 34th and Telegraph Ave. in Oakland. The initial stop was for littering 
 with 6 OPD cars and was changed to misdemeanor Assualt with throwing pee on 
 a Car which could not be proven (we had video evidence against) so they 
 threaten a county bullet (one year) for trespassing on my peoples land. The 
 judges all said they were against me so I was forced to take 90 days with a 
 "No Contest and Not Guilty". The day of my release the DA filed what is 
 known as "Double Jeopardy" bringing me back on the same charges which is
