 EBRPD is about to be cutting much of the plant life that lines the High 
 Road!!! The scheduled dates for this butchery are February 13-20 8:00 a.m. 
 to 3:30 p.m. This is in association with the Albany Beach Improvement 
 Project. I submitted comments to EBRPD regarding their EIR stating that 
 there is no people living within the project boundaries (because there IS). 
 They said that there wasn’t. They plan to widen the road enough to use it 
 for construction vehicle access. The path that they are about to widen 
 presently has people living in the areas that they are about to clear cut. 
 I believe the art tree is in danger as well. We need people and Art. 
 Especially Art! We need footage of the Park District mowing down and 
 removing the Art, just as they plan to do once the Bulb is theirs! There is 
 nothing we can do to stop this “vegetation management” from occurring. 
 There probably isn’t anything that we can do about the Project… 
 However, I still believe that we may have a chance at stopping them from 
 taking the Bulb and destroying what so many have created over the years!
