 Black labor and colonial exploitation.  Today, the USA is Number One in the 
 world in imprisoning people.\n\nOur featured speaker, Eugene Puryear, 
 author of Shackled and Chained, Mass Incarceration in Capitalist America, 
 will speak about the causes of mass incarceration, as well as examine the 
 harsh reality inside America’s prison system.Plus hear updates on the 
 cases of Marissa Alexander, out on bail awaiting a new trial, and CeCe 
 McDonald, released after 19 months from prison for defending herself 
 against a group of racist, transphobic assailants.\n\nJoin the Party for
