 CTC\n1900 Capitol Ave.\nSacramento, CA 95811\n\nTeachers and advocates for 
 public education and students will be speaking out about the violation of 
 the California Education Code by the Commission on Teacher Credentials, a 
 California Agency\nrun by the Brown administration.\nThe Commission which 
 was forced to have an State Joint Legislative audit because of massive 
 violations of the education cod and because of a backlog of credential 
 applications is supposed to be in charge of the oversight of physical abuse 
 of students in California schools and accountability of the staff. In the 
 case of SF UESF principal Natalie Eberhard of the Martin Luther King Middle 
 School in San Francisco,  they prevented material witnesses who saw the 
 physical abuse by the principal of a special ed African American student at 
 the school from testifying at the Commission hearings.\nAs a result of this 
 bullying and physical abuse by Eberhard, complaints were filed against her 
 and the Assistant\nprincipal Anthony Braxton who forged and falsified 
 documentation about the incident in February 2012. In order to cover up the 
 bullying Eberhard and Braxton had a campaign of terror and bullying of 
 teachers and staff driving 17 education workers from the school.\nIn an 
 open and flagrant violation of the California Education code the Commission 
 attorneys have prevented  public comment during the hearing on Jan 22 and 
 have told material witnesses that they are not able to present evidence. 
 They nows say there can be public comment on the last day of the hearing 
 when a decision will already may have been made to let Eberhard off the 
 hook.\nThis commission staff have also refused to investigate this incident 
 including interviewing the material witnesses who filed complaints with the 
 Commission.\nThere will be a press conference at 1:30 PM to let the public 
 know about the serious nature of these issues and to demand 
 accountability.\nGovernor Brown's administration is in charge of this 
 Commission and is aware of the serious systemic\nproblems at this agency as 
 well as State Senator Darrell Steinberg and Kamala Harris, Attorney General 
 of California where there is a legal case concerning systemic violations of 
 the education code by this same State Commission which Governor Brown is in
