 Jose.\n\nWorking handguns, rifles and shotguns will fetch a $100 Target 
 gift card, assault rifles a $200 gift card. The event is open to residents 
 of all surrounding cities and intends to both take weapons from gang 
 members without questioning and to empty homes of unused weapons that could 
 be stolen. \n\nHere is San Jose comic artist Eugenio Negro's satirical 
 comic about attitudes toward technology and consumerism as regards the 
 buyback's use of Target gift cards.\n
