DESCRIPTION:Oakland is receiving federal money to build a Domain Awareness Center with 
 cameras, audio recording devices and other technologies that will make it 
 possible for the police and other government agents to monitor the 
 movements and affiliations of all residents and visitors to the city.

 educate people about this process with a presence at the Oakland First 
 Friday event on December 6th with a table, fliers, perhaps our own set of
